What is the 10:31 Blueprint?

The 10:31 Blueprint is a 90-day hybrid coaching program built around four pillars: Run. Lift. Serve. Lead. Through personalized training, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and accountability, you'll build the strength, endurance, and discipline needed to perform at a higher level in every area of life.

What is included in the program?

Your coaching includes personalized run and strength training, calorie and macro targets, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, biweekly coaching calls, direct messaging support, habit tracking and accountability, and full access to the coaching app.

How will I know how to do the exercises assigned to me?

Every exercise inside the ABC Trainerize app includes a demonstration video. If you ever have questions, you'll also have direct messaging access to me through the app for additional guidance and support.

How many days per week will I train?

Your training will be customized to your schedule and lifestyle. Most clients complete 3–4 strength training sessions and 2–3 cardio sessions per week, along with a daily walking goal.

Do I have to run?

No. Running is encouraged because of its physical and mental benefits, but every program is customized to your starting point. The goal is to improve your endurance and overall fitness through sustainable cardiovascular training that fits your current ability level.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. Your program is built around the equipment, schedule, and resources you currently have available. Whether you train at a commercial gym, home gym, or with minimal equipment, your plan will be designed to fit your life.

What happens after the 90 days?

By the end of the program, you'll have a clear training system, sustainable habits, and the confidence to continue making progress long after the initial 90 days. If you'd like ongoing coaching and support, you can continue on a month-to-month basis.

1 Corinthians 10:31 says, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

That verse is the foundation of 10:31 Performance. My mission is to help you steward your health and fitness well so you can show up strong for the people and responsibilities God has called you to.
